'925' Sterling Silver
Within this website you will find many different
jewellery styles and designs, but everything is silver (unless clearly stated otherwise),and most is stamped
with the 925 silver mark. Items stamped '925' have 92.5% pure silver content, otherwise known as 'sterling silver'.
As pure silver is a very soft metal it is necessary to mix
it with other metals (usually copper) to make it robust enough for jewellery purposes. Choosing jewellery that is stamped with the 925 mark ensures that you are buying

After graduating from university in 1999 I worked in several large organisations in both Sales and Customer Service roles. I have always been a 'customer champion' and my customer service background is now invaluable for how I run SEW Silver.
So how did it all come about? In December 2005 I came across the unexpected opportunity to take on a silver jewellery party planning franchise and in January 2006 I started selling jewellery through home parties. At this point I was still working full-time, but in March 2006 I gave up my job and focused on selling jewellery. One year later I decided to really take the plunge and start my own business, and here I am with 'SEW Silver'.
Since striking-out on my own I have continued to sell direct through party planning and craft fairs, and in May 2008 I launched this website.
I endeavour to give the best possible service by fairly representing the items up for sale; displaying genuine, high-quality photographs of the items; being competitively priced; and despatching items without delay after receiving payment. I believe that if you spend your hard-earned cash over the internet then you should get exactly what you paid for, and have it in your possession as soon as possible.
