Shipping Information:
- FREE DELIVERY: In most cases there is no charge for postage & packaging to the UK. Orders to destinations in the European Union will be charged at £4.50.
- All orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class and/or Recorded (Signed-For), or Special Delivery Next Day (UK), and International Signed-For or Airsure (EU).
- Orders are typically despatched the next working day. However, at busier times it may take up to 72 hours, but even at the busiest times despatch is always within 5 working days (excludes weekends/public holidays).
- Track your order from despatch to delivery using Royal Mail's 'Track & Trace' facility.

Outside The UK & European Union
Orders to the UK are now despatched FREE unless clearly specified otherwise, i.e. where an item is supplied in a presentation box there is a small postage surcharge to cover the additional costs related to package size.Orders for delivery to EU destinations will be charged £4.50 P&P per order.
Royal Mail Delivery - UK
It is our policy to despatch all UK orders using Royal Mail First Class and/or Recorded (Signed-For), or Royal Mail 'Special Delivery (Next Day)', depending on the value of the order.
Recorded services have the added benefit of an online 'Track & Trace' service so you can check the status of your order from despatch to delivery. The 13-digit number required to track your goods will be emailed to you with your despatch confirmation.
Royal Mail 'International Signed-For' and 'Airsure' - European Union
It is our policy to despatch all orders to the European Union using either Royal Mail 'International Signed-For' or 'Airsure' depending on the value of the order.
Orders Outside of the UK & European Union
